Hi my name is Lisa I had the honour of meeting all these lovely gentle men last week as my dad who is just out of a coma and in recovery was encouraged by his friend to join as he was stuck in the house he is still in a wheel chair and very dependent on the hospital still but he needed to make friends and this shed it's called the 'men's shed ' is just for gentlemen who want some friendship , some one to talk to they play cards , they bake and make jam , they do exercises and it has done my dad amazing he just loves going as u can see from the picture when he joined we said are u going to school today so this was the joke and now he dosent miss a day when I met Brian the gentleman in charge of the shed it's only in a portacabin and it's coming into the winter some of these men are just home from hospital and may have no family to call around and check there warm and fed and he said we need to build another shed with bricks so it's warm for the guys so I said ok I will try and spread the word and is it ok to put a go fund me page up he said yes of course they have a charity number so it's in the pictures also and it will all go to Brian to help build this new shed every cent will help these gentlemen if you could spare anything it would go a very long way and make these men have there little community for the winter and for the future , thank you
