Help Us Bring Our Community Centre to Life

Duffield is a village with a strong sense of community – and Duffield Parish Council is proud to say that it has, thanks to a donation by a local benefactor, secured the former Methodist Church building for a new community centre.

Now, we’re considering the next steps and raising funds to help bring the centre to life.

Our vision is a lively, welcoming hub at the heart of the village. A place buzzing with activity — community events, clubs and classes, sports, local groups, meetings, social activities — giving people of all ages a shared space to come together.

The next stage is about developing the building for long-term community use. Funds raised through this campaign will help us improve and adapt the building, provide facilities and equipment, and ensure the centre is safe, welcoming and accessible, so it can support a wide range of activities for years to come.
