I’m reaching out because what’s happening to me and my daughter is no longer just a custody dispute — it’s an example of government weaponization against a parent’s beliefs and constitutional rights, the color of law, and a record of felony acts committed by government actors blocking transparency and creating a narrative to deter investigations, conceal the truth and silence my child's voice.

On August 4, 2023, at what was supposed to be a simple status hearing, the court stripped me of my legal custody without due process: no evidence review, no court reporter, and no finding of imminent harm. Two weeks later, based on a false “flight risk” claim, my physical custody was also removed.

Since then, under color of law, the same small-town network of county officials, court clerks, and connected counsel has:

Altered and back-dated filings (I have originals and certified transcripts showing 74 pages removed and 3 pages swapped).

Produced fake Judicial Council assignment letters despite PAJAR records proving none exist.

Blocked my access to my daughter’s medical and school records — the very evidence that would clear my name.

Retaliated with a vexatious-litigant order after I filed a tort claim naming the officials involved.

Why? Because I’ve spoken out about my beliefs — opposing forced government vaccines, defending parental choice, and calling out misconduct. They have built a false narrative to silence me, punish me, and keep the truth about my daughter out of court. This is bias and prejudice against protected First Amendment activity and color-of-law collusion — public employees using taxpayer money to crush dissent.

I am not asking for sympathy. I am asking for help:

Financial support to fund legal action and expert review to expose this system and protect my daughter.

Connections to freedom-oriented attorneys, advocacy groups, and media willing to shine a light on this.

Shares — spreading this message so others see how constitutional rights are being eroded under color of law.

I have the evidence: a sworn District Attorney affidavit, certified transcripts, and original records proving what’s been done. What I lack is the war chest to take this across the finish line.
