Hi my name is Gemma I am a Mum of 2 Boys. In August 2023 I was diagnosed with non curable stage 4 secondary metastatic breast cancer. The cancer has spread to my lymph nodes and bones. I have a limited life expectancy. I am 2 years post diagnosis, so time is no longer on my side. I am unable to work and desperately want to make memories with my children before it’s too late.

I'm hoping that with your help and donations we can make some amazing memories together. This year and next.

The past 2 Christmas’s have been overshadowed by my Cancer Treatment. In December 2023 I was having chemotherapy in December 2024 I was recovering from surgery where a 14cm invasive ductal carcinoma tumour was removed from my chest. I started receiving high dose radiotherapy in the December. Our Easter and Summer have also been sidelined. This Christmas I have no major medical procedures or treatment (other than my regular 3 weekly treatment) planned, & for now nothing in the coming months. I don’t know what next year will hold for me. I hope with all of my heart that I am well and able to celebrate with my family, however, I will concentrate on this year at the moment because it’s all I have right now. So, for now fingers crossed I am not expecting to be in hospital over Christmas, I do not have any medical procedures planned for the time being other than my standard 3weekly treatment I want to grasp the moment and be with my family making memories laughing smiling being together.
