Hi, my name is Lena .

I’m going through a divorce, and my ex-husband took my child away.

when he feels like he lets me have her, when he doesn’t want to, he just hides her from me.

My lawyer during the court made a terrible mistake; he didn’t note to the court that my ex had an open criminal domestic violence and a cps case; my ex-husband was allowed to be the primary custody because the court decided that it was better for the daughter to spend more time in the house where we lived.

The court did not know that the CPS case police opened on him was when he was caught on the road at top speed while driving in a very drunken state with our daughter in the car without a car seat, police brought her to me that night, and he was sent to prison.

I don’t know what the reason for such a decision in the court was; my background Is clean, I didn’t break the laws, and most importantly, I want to be with my daughter more time because I’m a mother; I sometimes don’t sleep at night because it has been for two years of divorce, I have to bring the police to school to see her, but police cannot do anything because he has primary custody. I have no family in United States.

My daughter is everything to me. I’m grateful to everyone who has helped me over the last two years. I spent over $35,000 on lawyers in two years and am now out of money; I would appreciate any assistance..
