TRUE STORY and happening as you read this...Every night Farmer Johnny will go to this dirt patch and water it to make it Green. This is to give him hope that one day the dirt will turn into grass and he can feed his farm animals...Winter is here and the frost will be just as bad and hardly anything will grow...very sad.

He is a loving husband and devoted father of 2 boys and once I met him and his family I knew I just couldn’t sit and do nothing!

This money will help with petrol and other expenses, as him and his wife travel 1,100km a week to go and get stock waste from Bakeries & Fruit Shops and he will be able to help feed his farm animals...every week he has to sell something to survive.

To make things extra hard Farmer Johnny broke his leg not long ago. His wife is doing the driving to pick up waste as well as her wood deliveries. The pressure keeps mounting, but this family doesn’t give up. During winter time, they cut wood to make money and this winter will be a struggle.
