Drops of Generosity, a nonprofit association, is reaching out to connect those in need to helping hands as this global pandemic continues to affect the livelihood of families around the world. We are creating a hub to connect donors and recipients to resources and aid. Our hub will be full of transparency, allowing people to see what’s been donated and what’s been distributed. People will be able to apply for aid on the site and donate. In addition, we want to provide a central location for those in need to access additional resources.
The heart behind Drops of Generosity is to overflow the bucket of charity one small drop at a time. We believe that if we each can give; our small donations can bridge the gap for those in need during this global pandemic. Our donors can contribute any amount of money and we will donate to those in need. A little goes a long way. We are better together. We each know someone who has been affected by COVID-19 and it is our goal to provide aid by putting small cash amounts in people’s hands. It’s more than a drop in a bucket, it’s an opportunity to impact people’s lives and help the greater population on a smaller scale. If people will donate $5-10, that’s all we need. Regular people helping regular people and not solely relying on the government or philanthropists.
