Join me in driving out IBD at the 2025 Chicagoland Golf Classic!
My wife, Sarah, has been living with colitis, and we've seen firsthand the challenges it presents. That's why I'm excited to participate in this fantastic event benefitting the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation. This tournament, held at the prestigious Skokie Country Club, is a chance to connect with others passionate about fighting inflammatory bowel disease, raise crucial funds, and support the groundbreaking work being done to find better treatments and, ultimately, a cure.
As the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation states, "Support through events like this allows the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation to respond to the needs of the IBD community through new breakthroughs in research and programs that are empowering patients on their journey. Generosity of our donors accelerates the pace of our work and provides hope to all who live with this disease." Over the past 15 years, this event has raised over $4 million, and this year, they're aiming for a record-breaking $360,000! With 120 golfers participating throughout the day (from 8 am to 2:30 pm), it's a powerful display of community support.
My personal goal is to now raise AT LEAST $1500 for the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation. Most of the funds will directly support their vital work, from research and patient programs to advocacy efforts aimed at improving the lives of those affected by Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. These diseases impact millions, and your contribution can make a real difference.
This golf tournament isn't just about a round of golf; it's about community, hope, and working together to find a future free from the burden of IBD. Please consider joining me in this effort by donating to my fundraising page. Any amount, big or small, will help us reach our goal and bring us closer to a cure. Thank you for your support! You are moving us toward the Foundation's vision of a future free from IBD.
