Dress For Success Houston

Dress For Success (DFS) Houston is an amazing organization that empowers Houston women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and development tools to help them thrive in work and life. Since 1998, DFS Houston has helped over 43,500 women, including 3,750 women in 2019. The impact of COVID-19 on the Houston women has been substantial. Based on DFS’ own survey of women, the percent unemployed has increased from 10% to 47% since late March.  The members of Rice Business - Men as Allies have chosen to donate a portion of the organization’s budget to Dress For Success Houston to help Houston women during the COVID-19 crisis.
