Help Local DFW Street Medic with Legal Defense Fees

My name is Aeshna but some may know me colloquially as protest mom. I have spent the last few years providing medic support at numerous events around the DFW metroplex as well as mutual aid for the unhoused community in Dallas. My little red car is (was) always full of snacks and water for those who need it and I am always on hand whether someone may need a bandaid, an ice pack or, god forbid, something more tragic happens.

On April 23rd, I was arrested along with 2 others in Fort Worth while attending a Drag Defense act of solidarity. As the case is ongoing, I am unable to provide specific details but I am raising funds for legal costs and for costs associated with the impact of any legal action.

My trial begins on September 23, 2024 after almost a year and a half after my arrest. I have racked up significant legal fees and I am also facing a civil lawsuit by members of the New Columbia Movement. Please donate and share.
