Contribute to the Downtown Ashland hanging Flower Baskets for the 2019 Season:
We all love the flower baskets that hang downtown during the spring, summer and fall in Ashland. In the past, this program has been supported financially by the City, Ashland Chamber and wonderful donors. For this year, as the City faces some financial limitations, we need to look at a new way to bring these beautiful baskets to town again. With some seed money from the City, the Chamber and a group of generous donors, the Chamber will be managing the program fully this year and we are looking for your help to complete the project!
Each flower basket is $325 to plant and maintain through watering and trimming throughout the season. ANY SIZE contribution (even $5 or $10) helps support the program and will help bring these wonderful flowers downtown.
Currently, we have raised the money for just shy of half of the baskets we had last year. Through this campaign and our other efforts, we are hoping to get us as close to the number of baskets we had before as we can. Even by clicking “SHARE” you are helping us get the word out!
Your contribution to the Ashland Chamber of Commerce Foundation (501c3) are tax deductible and unless your contribution is made anonymously, we will gladly recognize you as a donor in a display board in front of the Chamber, in communication to the Ashland City Council and in our Living & Doing Business Guide.
