Down payment on home help. Life changing.

Hi my name is Cody and son Elvis. Hey hope all is well. If ever there was a time to ask a favor this would be that time. I have been approved for this home 2 blocks from where I live for 59k. It may not be much but they keep raising my rent here. I have to come up with 3500,00 for the down payment at a little more then 5 percent and it will be mine and Elviss home. This place has a fenced in yard has been completely remodeled and the payments will be 327 a month. In a few year's I can flip it for a profit if I find something else. If I don't get into this place I am not sure where we will go. A one bedroom apartment here in Boise is 1500.00 a month. I plead with anyone for help. Its a 2 bedroom 1 bath. I work very hard everyday to provide my 12 year old with a safe home over his head and to have everything he needs. The last thing I would ever want to happen is for us to be on the streets. This would be life changing knowing I will own the home and will not be throwing money away to another greedy landlord. This is my last resort to find help with this. The paperwork has been sent in and processed and was told to start looking for the down payment. Whoever sees this and or donates I will forever be in your debt. I have 11 more days to hit my goal.
