Douglas hiking the West Highland Way in July 2025!

Douglas will be trekking all 96 miles of the West Highland Way from 19th July 2025 in memory of his dear parents Anne and Alastair Davidson, affectionately known as Mr and Mrs D. We've arranged this fundraiser for anyone who'd like to donate towards Douglas' chosen charity Alzheimer Scotland, where all donations will be transferred in memory of Mr and Mrs D.

The hike will be over 7 days with an escorted group arranged by Thistle Trekking, with stop-off B&B accommodation each night. Douglas has just treated himself to some new walking boots and some good waterproofs!

Any donations will be greatly appreciated, and will help spur him on, encouraging him to hike through each section of the West Highland Way.
