Dough Mama food truck

Hi there! My name is Chris. I am raising funds for Dough Mama of Pay It Forward Pizza. Dough Mama has a huge, loving heart! She had a dream and started on a shoestring and a prayer. Started what you ask? Started giving away homemade pizzas!

Dough Mama had a calling to help feed yumminess to people in our community. No charge! All she asked is that those who are able to donate $ do so to help “pay it forward” for next week’s ingredients. About a year ago she did it!! 5 pizzas the first Sunday. A year later about 130 were provided Sunday pizza treats…3 generations of Dough Mama’s beautiful famiglia helping in this caring endeavor.

Sadly, the commercial kitchen space that had been generously shared on Sundays by a local bakery is no more. That beloved business chose to close their doors forever on March 31. A lengthy search for another kitchen to use has been discouraging. As of this writing…no more Sunday pizzas.

Next dream: a food truck! A food truck would mean Dough Mama could take the pizzas to the people, so to speak. A win/win! We have leads on one in the $20,000 range so that’s what funds are for. Then there will undoubtedly be repairs and/or remodeling needed so any extra is a bonus. Your assistance toward this goal would be put to good use. Thank you!!
