Hello, we are Douglas and Carrie Murphy. We have been married for a little over two years, and have been best friends forever. We met in high school and dated on and off again after graduation. After a long seven year break, Carrie was able to locate and contact me.  Since that magical night when the phone rang, we have been inseparable. After dating for a couple more years, I asked her father for her hand in marriage. We had a year long engagement and were married in 2014. 

We have been trying to start a family for about a year and a half. For some unknown reason we cannot conceive children of our own. We have done three IVF cycles all ending in negative pregnancies.  After not being able to start our family using our own bodies, we turned to using an egg donor and our own sperm through IVF. Unfortunately that ended in a negative pregnancy test.  Our most recent and final attempt was using donor sperm with our own eggs through IUI. Unfortunately we again had a negative pregnancy test.

  We are madly in love and have a wonderful life! We just don't feel complete without having our own children! Our own family! So now we are pursuing adoption. We both feel really strongly this is how we are going to start our family! 

Carrie and I are raising money to help with all of the expenses for our adoption.  With your help, we will be able to start our loving family!
