Hi North Reading Neighbors - want to DOUBLE your financial gift to the North Reading Food Pantry? My employer, Carrier HVAC, 100% matches charitable donations to qualified non-profits including Christian Community Services (CCS), which is the parent organization of the NR Food Pantry. I originally shared this with a local group I'm involved with but seems the word got out and Town Hall was receiving inquires on how others could partake.

Now through Thanksgiving I will collect donations here and at the end of the drive I will make a single donation for the amount received. ALL the donated funds (minus the small transaction fee charged by GoFundMe) will be donated by me through Carrier's charitable giving portal and that amount will be DOUBLED by Carrier.

Only Carrier employees can make donations through the company's portal, which is why I'm using GFM to collect community donations. To ensure FULL TRANSPARENCY, once the drive is finished and I make the donation I will post the official donation receipt alongside the GFM fund total. I can also email a copy of the receipt upon request - direct message me with your email address and I will respond within a couple days.
