Dorset Goes WILD is a Community Interest Company dedicated to helping children and young people (CYP), families and the wider community put down their 'tech' and reconnect with nature.

Our mission is to educate, inspire and enable our audience to nurture a lifelong love of nature, while supporting and improving both their wellbeing and the environment.

We currently run a very popular and active Facebook group and page which has a combined audience of just under 10,000. However, we would like to run more nature-based events and activities across Dorset to encourage our audience to explore more local green spaces, learn about wildlife, and build confidence outdoors. The response from families so far has been really positive, and we’re excited to grow what we offer.

As a small community organisation, we’re currently looking for donations to support our work. Any funds raised will go directly towards things like:

• Resources for outdoor learning and wildlife activities.

• Running nature events for the local community.

• Equipment and materials for environmental projects.
