Welcome to We Are Dornoch! We're a community-powered initiative focused on keeping our beloved town beautiful and vibrant, all year round.

This local campaign is all about funding and delivering small but impactful projects that make a real difference for everyone—residents and visitors alike. One way we’re helping is by supporting the Dornoch Business Improvement District’s monthly Town Tidies. We meet outside the Jail in Cathedral Square - date & time shown above. Together, our volunteers will give the town centre a fresh new sparkle!

When you donate to this page, you’re directly powering efforts to keep Dornoch looking its very best. Through your continued support not only does it help to maintain regular town centre improvements but also backs new community initiatives, all shaped by local people. It’s about residents, businesses, and visitors working side by side to invest in the place we all love.

We'd like to thank all those that have supported this initiative so far. It's been incredible what has been raised so far to date - an amazing £1,000! These funds have been vital in getting the Dornoch Town Tidy up and running. Half of the money (£500) was spent on buying all of the tools & equipment like spades, rakes, trowels, leaf grabbers, wheel barrows etc. Then, very recently part of the remaining funds were used to buy bedding plants/flowers to top up Dornoch's towns planters (all 32 of them). This was all put into action just prior to the recent Royal visit - when The Princess Royal visited us at the Cathedral, visiting the many volunteer groups. Thank you to Flowers & Fairs for their continued hard work in making the planters looking vibrant throughout the year!
