Please join the Dorchester LUCE Immigrant Justice Network in supporting immigrant families directly impacted by ICE detention and fear of being detained.
As of February 2026, we are working with 7+ families in our community who urgently need our solidarity:
- A family with a baby born in 2025
- A family of 11 people whose main provider was detained
- A family where someone was unjustly detained at the courthouse
- A high school student whose sole guardian was detained
- An asylum seeker sent to a southern state, separated from his wife and toddler
- A sister whose brother was deported
- A community member of AARW who was detained
- A son and grandmother sheltering in place as much as possible
These families need immediate support for legal representation, monthly bills, and other essential needs. All donations will go directly to these families.
If we learn of additional impacted families in Dorchester, we will create separate fundraisers to ensure transparency and direct support.
Every dollar makes a difference. Please donate what you can and share this widely. Your solidarity is critical right now. Thank you.
