Don's Donation Fund for Brain Surgery

My father, Donald Van Tassle, was diagnosed with a one inch brain tumor this week by a specialist named Dr. Gore in Beaverton, OR. After seeking multiple consultations with neurosurgeons across the country, we have comfortably come to the decision to have the operation on May 12th, 2021.
Over the last six months, my dad has struggled with loss of hearing in his right ear, weakness in both of his legs, balance issues, loss in dexterity, and progressively losing his speech. Dr. Gore strongly believes that we're dealing with an aggressive tumor which is sitting on vital nerves and parts of his brain.
His symptoms are very unlikely to change in the near future and we are anticipating future expenses. The funds raised through this campaign will go towards his surgery next week, therapy, and future treatments such as radiation / chemotherapy.
My family and I plan on continuing to lift up my father's spirits during this frightening time.
