Help Donny Harrison cover medical bills, lost pay

I'm a brewer at Mother Earth Brewing in Nampa, Idaho, plus I play in a couple bands around town.

I passed out on a break Aug. 14, 2023, and fractured my skull on the pavement of the parking lot and was in the neuro ICU and rehab for three weeks with large subdural hematomas. I spent another month and a half recuperating at home before I miraculously recovered all of my cognitive abilities, had my driving privileges restored, and returned to work part time.

However, as an hourly employee I was out of work for more than two months and the bills have piled up.  But my amazing employers and 10 other breweries in the Treasure Valley have generously collaborated on a beer in my honor called Headbanger IPA where the proceeds will help me cover my medical bills and lost wages.

When Headbanger goes on sale, Mother Earth is going to stage an event at their tap house in downtown Boise Dec. 1, 2023. I’m unsure of the exact time, so check their website and social media feeds if you want to attend and to get a list of the breweries that helped craft and are serving this wonderful beer on tap.

Please buy a pint — it's draft only but will be available at all 11 participating breweries — and toast my amazing friends in the Treasure Valley brewing community.

This GoFundMe page is primarily for the breweries to donate the profits of Headbanger IPA to me, but if you’re feeling inclined to make a donation I certainly won’t turn you down.
