In lieu of flowers and cards, the family of Mark Lindsay would like to honor his legacy and the legacy of all other coaches who have made an impact on the youth by making a donation to support the children's baseball team he loved and dedicated so much of his time to-the Detroit Yankee Baseball Organization for youth which is a 501 (c)(3) designation. As a coach and mentor, he dedicated countless hours to helping young athletes grow not just as players, but as people. His passion for the game and love for his team helped with teaching kids teamwork, discipline, and respect both on and off the field. Every contribution—big or small helps keep Mark’s spirit alive in the community he loved.
All donations will go directly to the Detroit Yankees Baseball Organization, helping provide:
- Equipment and uniforms for players
- Field maintenance and improvements
- Funding for travel expenses for away games or playoffs
- Fees for tournaments
