Hi, My name is Pritam Singh from Norwich Norfolk in UK. I am part of a small Sikh community in Norwich Norfolk UK, we as a community started a Sikh temple (church) called Sri Guru Ramdas Parkash Gurudwara in Norwich Norfolk with a very small number of worshippers. As time went on we grew as community and sitting place was getting smaller as number of worshippers grew, we decided to extend the main Gurudwara building and extend the Langar (food) Hall where everyone is welcome to have free hot food. We started the project by collecting the money within our community and decided to get the extension done to the building to create more space for more worshippers to come to the Gurudwara (Sikh Church) and have more space in the Langar Hall so worshippers don't have to wait for Langar (Food).

We started the refurbishment in 2020 but due to covid work was stalled and builder went out of business, once pandemic was over cost of materials and labour went up so high that we could only finish the main building leaving us without a food hall. As a community we put up a marquee to continue serving the food which is free to everyone from all religion attending the Gurudwara (church) which is part of Sikh religion and tradition. We are requesting everyone to help us and donate as much as possible for us to reach our goal and have our Gurudwara's Langar (food) hall finished and re opened. We are looking to collect £50,000 to finish of the remaining work, we already have main Gurudwara building we now need to finish the building for Langar (food) hall which requires a partly new roof for half of the building, insulation inside the building, electric work, lights and new cooking equipment to complete the project we started in 2020.
