Donating to help The Lullaby Trust.

This Lent, along with my hubby and my Hobblets, we will be raising money in aid of The Lullaby Trust. As a family we will be walking, running and generally venturing 141 miles over the 40 day Lenten season, with each mile representing a day in the short but most beautiful life of my baby brother Matthew James William Everett.

Matthew sadly passed away from Cot Death at the age of 5 months when I was just 3 years old and so as a family (and all my biggest Hobblet Alfred’s idea) we wanted to remember Alfred and Edith’s Uncle Matthew by raising money for The Lullaby Trust.

The Lullaby Trust raises awareness of sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS), provides expert advice on safer sleep for babies and offers emotional support for bereaved families. Through investing over 12 million pounds in research, the trust have played a key role in reducing the number of babies who die from SIDS by 82%, saving the lives of more than 20,000 babies.

So this Lent please donate what you can, or take part in a mile with us and support those who have lost a small loved one.
Thank you for your support and kindness
