Donating Hair 2 Variety + Raising $ for Camp Magic
Hi everyone!
My name is Maja and in a couple of weeks, I will be cutting 40cm of my hair to donate! My hair will be going to Variety - The Children’s Charity and the money raised will be going to Feel the Magic!
1. Variety - The Children’s Charity
My hair will be given a second life and made into a wig for someone who has lost their hair due to a long-term medical condition, giving back the gift of confidence and self-esteem!
2. Feel the Magic
This is a non for profit organisation whose purpose is to create a world where children who are experiencing grief are supported to reach their full potential. Having been blessed with the opportunity to attend a Camp Magic last year, I was encouraged to grow and develop resilience after having lost my Dad. I had the most amazing time connecting with other campers and leaders while participating in fun activities. I can’t wait to go back this year, and hopefully be able to give back to an organisation who has done so much for me!
My hair will be cut at the end of my Camp Magic camp on Sunday 14th April 2019 - so help me reach my goal!
