Hi, my name is Violet and I’m 9!

I’m in 4th grade, and my class is doing something really special this year. We are part of an Adopt-A-Family project for the holidays!

Some families don’t have enough money to buy presents. So my class is collecting money and then we will go on a field trip to buy gifts for them. We will wrap the presents ourselves and give them to the families before the holidays so they can have a happy celebration too.

I really want to help because everyone deserves to feel loved, and it makes me feel good to help other kids and parents.

We just get to help choose the gifts and wrap them!
