Support Friends of Chollas Valley: Building a Stronger, More Equitable Community: Emerald Hills, Encanto, Valencia Park, Lincoln Park, Broadway Heights, Alta Vista, Chollas View, and O’Farrell.

The Chollas Valley is more than just eight neighborhoods—it’s where we call home. It’s where we raise our families, build friendships, and create memories. But if we don’t take care of it, who will?

Friends of Chollas Valley is dedicated to creating lasting, positive change in our community by addressing housing equity, economic opportunity, and neighborhood revitalization. Our strategic goals focus on:

Footnote 7 & Bonus ADUs – Advocating for policies that promote policies which align with our community’s vision. Footnote 7 and Bonus ADU program threaten to disrupt the character of our neighborhoods and do not serve the best interests of our residents.

Eliminating Areas of Concentrated Poverty – Working to break the cycle of economic disparity by bringing resources, infrastructure, and investment into underserved areas of Chollas Valley Planning Group.

Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing (AFFH) – Ensuring that all residents, regardless of background, have access to fair, affordable, and high-quality housing opportunities.

We can’t wait for the government to step in. We’ve seen time and time again that outside help is slow, unreliable, or simply doesn’t come. If we want real change, and our community to thrive, we must take matters into our own hands.

Every dollar donated will go directly to these causes—no exceptions. With your support, we can uplift Chollas Valley Planning Group, advocate for equitable policies, and create a thriving community for everyone. Friends of the Chollas Valley will allocate funds based on the needs determined by The Chollas Valley Community Planning Group which ensures these funds are spent responsibly, with full transparency, so you always know where your money is going.
