Hi, I'm Penelope! I am organizing a period product drive to support Tubman in Minneapolis. Tubman is a nonprofit that offers a variety of services to survivors of domestic violence. From offering shelter, to mental health services, Tubman does it all.

Period poverty, characterized by the lack of products, facilities and education is a huge problem in the Unites States. In Minnesota alone, 1 in 9 people who menstruate experience period poverty while 1 in 3 of those people report missing work or school due to not having the resources they need. Tubman assists a very diverse group of people get back on their feet, however, they all have a shared goal: to be happy, healthy and safe. Having access to basic needs is a very important part of reaching that goal, that is why I chose this cause.

Alongside my drive, I am also collecting monetary donations that will be put straight to buying wholesale products and whatever else Tubman needs. By donating just $30, you will be purchasing 96 individual products for those in need. Thank you for your help in keeping Tubman's mission alive!
