Welcome to our Go Fund Me page where your donation will provide much needed support to Love Our Community (LOC), a Lake Township based non-profit serving people in need.

A Message from the director of the Love Our Community outreach:

The first tangible need that came to mind is for Uber Gift cards, any amount is helpful. The WHY of that is many of the people we serve do not have transportation. There is no public transportation readily available in Lake Township. We ARE a transportation desert. Work, school, medical appointments, counseling appointments, getting to government offices to get birth certificates or social security cards (often survivors of Domestic Violence leave without these documents and have to replace them). These are just a few places folks may need to go.

Although this may be an unusual tangible need request, it is an almost daily need we have at LOC. Last year we spent over $10,000 in Uber type transportation costs.
