My name is Melissa Zinn. My husband, Terry was diagnosed with stage 4 kidney disease in January. Within 6 months, he progressed to end-stage renal failure. We do dialysis 4 times a day at home while waiting for a kidney transplant. Because of this, we are struggling to pay our rent and bills.
