More information about Free Legal Advice Group for Domestic Violence: FLAG DV, founded in 2013, responds to changes in legal aid for domestic abuse victims, providing free family law legal advice and support to help them make informed choices. FLAG DV is piloting 1-2-1 support in Berkshire's family courts, offering practical, emotional, and moral support, including court attendance, requesting special measures, and hearing preparation. The client-centered, non-judgmental approach empowers individuals and addresses legal system inequalities.
