Hello friends and family! Ryan here, and I have some exciting news! I have been invited to join Medical Ministries International (MMI) again to travel to Mexico on a medical mission trip to help bring life-changing vision care to the underserved, all in Christ's name. And this time, I will be joining as a medical student! (medical school TBD)

Cataract-induced blindness continues to be one of the leading causes of vision problems globally, and MMI is working hard to help restore sight to those in need. Serving with this organization last summer during undergrad was eye-opening (no pun intended) to say the least, providing over two hundred cataract surgeries for patients young and old. I want to spend my real last summer break serving in an impactful way, so I am incredibly grateful to receive the opportunity to work with MMI again!
