The Fowler Theatre is struggling to maintain current operations. Without your support we are at significant risk of closing our doors.
It takes $5,000 a month to keep the theatre operating and now, in addition to that, we have a $2,200 air conditioning repair bill. We need your help today!
A number of factors have led to this situation including a significant decrease in movie attendance, a decrease in grant funding and availability of grants, the loss of an $8,000 revenue stream, increased maintenance and repair costs, and the financial burden of a $350,000 loan taken out in 2015 (the balance is now $261,000).
How can you help? The most immediate impact you can make is with a financial donation today. This will help us maintain operations while our board continues to focus on a long-term plan for sustainability.
