The Keswick 3 Peaks Challenge is a chance to turn a day in the mountains into something that lasts far beyond the final summit. It is about adventure, possibility and creating a moment where the only question is not “Can I do this?” but “How far can I go?”

We want to make experiences like this possible for more people with learning disabilities, opening the door to new places, new challenges and new possibilities.

Our hope for the Keswick 3 Peaks Challenge is that this challenge is experienced inclusively and meaningful. This 3 peaks challenge can foster confidence, resilience and independence, while supporting physical wellbeing and creating opportunities for genuine connection with others.

For participants, the experience is about more than reaching the summit. It is about discovering what they are capable of, taking pride in their achievements and sharing an experience that can create lasting memories, friendships and a greater sense of belonging.
