Hi, I'm Jake Barrella, and I'm passionate about supporting the National Multiple Sclerosis Society for my father.

A few years ago my dad was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and at the time it was devastating news for all of us, especially him. How could I view the man that raised me as incapable of doing things. My father loves to work on projects and fix things both around the house as well as tinkering around with cars like his father. When we heard the news we knew we had to keep my dads spirits high, because he was adapting to this new reality. I would have never guessed that this diagnosis would have made our relationship that much closer. The way we joke and the way he has been pushing himself to exercise everyday to help maintain the symptoms he currently experiences is admirable.

I am starting this gofundme because I am running the Philadelphia Marathon for my dad. To show him you can do anything. There are no limits, only the ones you set in your mind. This is for you dad.
