Dale. Father, (ex-)partner, friend, healing hugger, rock in ceremonies, helper of everyone without asking anything in return. Dale is dying. He has pancreatic cancer that has spread and is living on a lot of pain meds at the moment. Waiting for treatment that hopefully gives him a bit more time to live.

Who wants to help Dale celebrate his life while he is still here with us? He is lucky to be able to receive care from the Spanish government but he doesn’t have money for a cremation, nor to help his son and daughter in law travel over from the US. Flights are expensive and they have jobs that don’t pay when they are absent to be with their dad/father in law. Dale’s daughter lives closer but still has to drive three hours to be with him and also has limited paid leave.

Dale has never been someone to ask for help so this has been arranged by his friends. We ask to only give if you can spare something. If you can’t, just pray or meditate for him and don’t forget to live your own best life while you can, as time is precious.
