Donate to Support Resonance Movement: A Free Yoga Initiative

Hi! My name is Casey. I am the founder of Resonance Movement in Juneau, Alaska. Resonance Movement is an initiative that provides free yoga, movement, and meditation classes to people who may otherwise find yoga inaccessible, whether due to imprisonment, access to transportation, funds, community barriers, or otherwise. Accessibility is facilitated through no cost to students, as well as through bringing classes to facilities themselves, providing necessary materials, and having flexible, dynamic offerings. Currently, Resonance Movement offers classes at AWARE, the Lemon Creek Correctional Center, and the Forget-Me-Not Manor of the Juneau Housing First Collaborative. All classes are trauma-informed and thoughtfully designed.

There is a desire and need for this service. I am fundraising to help support continuing to do this work and expand to more facilities. Any contributions are sincerely appreciated!
