Hi there! My name is Lauren and I'm a community mental health therapist in the Seattle area that also runs a food and hygiene pantry! My clinic serves between 800-900 people every year, a lot of that including children and families. Our food and hygiene supplies have provided relief for many of our community members and given them back some of the dignity that comes with having basic necessities when you need them. Our pantry has relied solely on the generosity of our team members and the occasional generous donation from an outside source. We're hoping to raise money in order to ensure that our community members, especially those who are currently housing and food insecure, get their needs met.

With the funds we're hoping to raise, we want to purchase and provide more shelf stable food items, snacks, ingredients for meals, and options for our community members with specific dietary needs. We also hope to provide items like toothpaste, toothbrushes, body wash, shampoo, feminine hygiene products, emergency sleeping bags and blankets, rain ponchos, hats, gloves, scarves, and other essential and emergency supplies.
