ABOUT THE FUND: We are a grassroots group of parents who are helping facilitate the sharing of resources between Stevens elementary families.

There are many one-time, emergency reasons that families might need support - surgery, utility bills, rent, transportation costs, etc - that fall during a time when they cannot meet those expenses. And while the school and PTA work hard daily to support our community, because of tax restrictions and district protocols, they cannot be the managers of this type of support.

We also know that there are many families in our community with the means and appetite for donations that can make a meaningful difference for our students, but aren’t sure where and how to give.

So we created this gofundme account - The Stevens Community Fund - a nimble community organization to help you and your family when you hit a financial emergency.
