Soroptimist International of Lincoln is a nonprofit organization located in Lincoln, CA. This incredible organization is dedicated to improving the lives of women and girls through programs that empower, educate, and uplift. With your help, we can make a significant impact in our community and beyond.

This fundraiser is to support the Education Committees two main programs: 1) Empower Her Day, and 2) Dream It, Be It, which rely on sponsorships, grants, and fundraising events to continue providing essential education and training to women and teenage girls in our community. Any support for one or more of our programs would be greatly appreciated and would help us make a real difference in the lives of our participants.

Empower Her Day is an annual event that brings together local high school girls from throughout Lincoln, CA by providing them with interactive training sessions, guest speakers, and mentorship opportunities to foster self-confidence, self-awareness, and resilience. This year our goal is to double our participation to up to 200 teenagers.

The five-week Dream It, Be It Program, implemented in partnership with local high schools, features weekly sessions led by Soroptimist members, who support students in discovering their career aspirations, evaluating their strengths and passions, and devising a tailored strategy for success, encompassing key components such as Talent, Skills, Personality, Passion, Values, and Investment.

When girls are educated and empowered, they gain the opportunity, choice, and power to make healthy decisions for themselves and their families. Every dollar makes a difference, and together, we can create opportunities for those who need it most!
