I know that this is long, but would so appreciate you reading this. I have never done this before, but my step grandson is in dire need of funds. He has been living with his biological father for the past 3 years. His "father" (I can barely call him that) is probably the most worthless, abusive man I've ever heard of. He took his 18 year old son to a strip club to show him what a "real man" is! He let Skylar drive his work van, which had no insurance, bad tags and a broken taillight and when he got pulled over, he told Sky he had to pay the $1000 ticket because he was driving it. Skylar finally got away after he graduated and is going to school in a town 3 hours away. He ended up with no place to live so Jordan has been paying for a motel until he finally moved to a campground. He also took his beloved cat because his father said if he left it at home, he would shoot it. His car keeps breaking down and overheating in the Texas heat but his father won't lift a finger to help him. And that's just a fraction of the terrible stuff he has done to his own child! Jordan has bought him car parts, paid for places to stay and sent him money for food, but he's running out of money himself. My daughter and I have sent what we could but he still needs more to live on. We're going to see what it would cost to ship his cat to us to take that stress off from him. He is such a great kid, responsible, patient, loving, and just trying to start his adult life. If you could spare anything, it will all help. He calls home here everyday and talks to Jordan, who raised him for 8 years and is considered by Sky to be his real dad! Thank you in advance! I just feel for him in Texas all by himself with nobody to listen or help except Jordan and Katie.
