Donate to Secure Housing for Chad and Traci
My husband, Abraham Kim, is a retired Methodist Minister, but he is still serving Worthville United Methodist at Randleman.
About three months ago, Traci and Chad came to join our worship service. Chad is our old church member's grandson. He wanted to visit his grandma's church, and he and Traci kept coming to church almost every Sunday.
At the end of August, Chad and Traci shared that they were unexpectedly evicted from their rental, and they don't have a new place to go. They have been staying at a motel since Sept. 2, 2024. Chad is managing to pay for the hotel most of the time. The church helped them with a gift card, so they can buy food at a nearby grocery store. One of the church members paid for 4 nights' stay at the beginning of September. I helped them pay for two more nights. Another church member helped them register to an organization to find a rental place. However, they haven't found a rental place yet. Traci and Chad don't have savings for a security deposit if the company finds a rental place, even though they are saving to pay rent. Now the motel stay is extending since they don't have any place to go yet. Chad works at his friend’s garage but hard to save for the future rental.
Chad and Traci need help to get over all of financial downfalls & searching a new place. They tried to change their lives to be good people living a normal life.
Please join me to pray & donate for Chad & Traci on GoFundMe to start their lives anew. Thank you for helping!
