Donate to Samara and Andy's Fresh Start

Hello, my best friend Andy, who is freshly 19 years old, and I, Samara, 20 years old (I turn 21 in November YIPEE!), we have finally decided we are going to be getting out on our own and we really need some help. We are trying to put together enough money to get a small place together. We have been looking at small one-bedroom apartments, studios, and campers for rent that will allow us to have our three small cats. We will also be accepting donations in the form of furniture, toiletries, and any household goods/decorations you have if you can't donate money for whatever personal reason, which is okay—we all struggle. If I don't answer, just go on ahead and text me your name and what the dealio is. We prefer something out of the way but still close enough to be able to do things. I will be working from home once we get into the new place, and Andy will be finding a job in construction or something of the labor sort.

This will be our first place outside of our parents' care. We are currently doing odd jobs like cleaning out sheds, babysitting, cleaning homes, etc., and day jobs we book online. Those are slightly difficult because we need a vehicle, but we are saving every last penny for a vehicle so we can carpool to and from these jobs, as well as something to carry supplies such as a weed eater, cleaning supplies, etc. Our parents have done their best to help us get on our feet, but they are struggling as well. The struggles range from losing power, water, internet, and phone bills all at different times, sometimes together (if it's not one thing, it's another, right? lol). My grandparents are currently living with us because my grandpa is sick, so there is a lot of stress going around, and we are finally old enough to get up and try to dive into the world headfirst.

Our goal is $4,000 because we are starting from nothing except the things in our bedrooms, like our personal belongings. If that goal isn't reached completely, THAT IS OK!!!! Anything and everything donated is appreciated. If anyone is willing to help, we would be more grateful than you would know. We have never done a GoFundMe before, but my mom, dad, and grandparents said this could be a great way to get a little extra help. We are excited as ever to go forward and start this new adventure together while we save up to start our own journey!!!
