hello to anyone who took the time to read my story. As a community we are raising money to help an elderly lady , she is our neighbor. Unfortunately she is going through so much with her neighbors right now.

Her partner sold their joint property that included an easement to the joint property that crosses her personal property. when it was sold the elderly lady’s signature was forged and all that has been to court and handled so far. The lawyer she aquired in the beginning took her money and didn’t really help her. The purchaser of the small strip that was sold has taken over everything, including land that is not theirs and has created a huge mess of this woman’s personal property. She has called the law numerous times and gets no where yet the destruction continues… All of this is causing declining in health from all the stress that she endures, and is handling everything best she can herself without an attorney and on a fixed income. This situation has gone on for 2 years. They have placed cameras in her doorway along with flood lights, literally come over and attacked visitors with verbal altercations to the point of calling the law every time. They have blocked her driveway which is illegal and would cause problems if emergency services were needed as this is destroying the only one way in that was a horse shoe drive which is narrow and a dirt drive that gets muddy to the point of getting stuck in which a visitors truck did and now that is blocked off with yellow caution tape… the remainder of the drive is now being destroyed from people trying to turn around and back out. We have all paperwork, photos etc proving she is in the right. She is being harrassed to the point of fear of living in her own home.

We are raising money to help keep the attorney we found that would take her case because she can not do this on her own with civil cases it is going no where. She has had false charges pressed on her AGAIN recently because they are trying to run her out in fear people helping have had false charges pressed toward them as well and they follow visitors to scare them from helping her as well. She saved 1000. Dollars off her SSI to retain this lawyer and the neighbors, friends donated the rest to get this started. She won’t go outside and plant her flowers anymore, she won’t sit on her porch anymore, but like I said her health is taking a toll from the stress and worry she lives in every day. All things have been exhausted to help her, legal aid, elderly services etc. the lawyer is the route she has to take to advocate for her because no one else will help her and they have bullied this woma enough acting like they can push her around and it’s okay WELL ITS NOT OKAY. She has other needs, she has roof repair a vehicle she cant worry about fixing right now because all her money is being saved for an attorney AGAIN !

So we are asking the community PLEASE PLEASE find it in your heart to help a stranger in desperate need of gaining her sanity and personal life back and donate. We all have struggles … I know… your donation will help her fight the fight she cannot on her own. This has been 2 years of mental torture, to think she use to love and care for the family members doing this to her. Its elderly bulling and it’s wrong…
