{{{ Home For the Homeless }}} A thirty three year old pregnant woman and her boyfriend were living in this travel trailer way out in the woods, with no water, no electricity and no hope for about for about four months. It was mildew green with rusty wheels, broken windows and half the little exterior access doors were missing. The water damage is really started taking it's toll, especially on the floors inside. I pressure washed the trailer, fixed all the little access doors, repaired most of the windows and touched up the paint on the outside. Once it was presentable, I rented them this lot for $650mo with a $400 deposit, which the landlord is working out with us for $100mo, so it was $750 to get in. As you can see the interior is a mess, the appliances aren't working and it needs a complete renovation inside. The lady does get a monthly disability check for just over $600mo which will almost cover the rent. I got the boyfriend a like new mountain bike yesterday so that he can start job hunting right away. I helped them get a few clothes because they had none and I've managed to feed them for a few days now. They are sleeping on a futon in my living room and I'm hoping and praying to raise enough money through this Go Fund Me Page to have the trailer fixed up and livible within a week or so.
