My name is Sabrina, and I have the honor of being a close friend of the Ford family. Our hearts are shattered by the tragic and untimely loss of Reidon Evan Alexander Ford (R.E.A.F.), a beloved son, brother, friend, and radiant soul who touched countless lives. Now our Butterfly, Reidon, graced this world with compassion, faith, laughter, and an unwavering sense of purpose. He had a gift for making others feel seen and valued, lifting spirits with his kindness, his smile, and the quiet strength of his presence. His light was undeniable, and it continues to shine.
Reidon was a proud graduate of Bedford High School and a shining METCO, Inc. alumnus. At Salem State University, where he pursued his studies with determination and heart, he embodied a deep commitment to personal growth, lifelong learning, and giving back to others. A gifted athlete and a natural-born mentor, Reidon poured his soul into everything he did, whether leading on the basketball court or uplifting those around him in the many communities he called home. His presence was powerful, his impact lasting, and his spirit unforgettable.
Reidon’s impact reached far beyond his years, leaving an imprint on every heart he touched. In one final act of profound generosity, he became an organ donor, gifting five individuals a second chance at life. This selfless and courageous decision reflects the boundless compassion, love, and light that defined who Reidon was.
In his honor, we are raising funds not only to support his grieving family but to establish a foundation that will carry forward the legacy he so beautifully began. Our vision is to create scholarships, host youth tournaments, and offer support to families navigating tragedy. Reidon approached everything he loved with grace, deep empathy, unwavering love, and a full heart for living life to the fullest. That’s exactly how we’ll carry his legacy forward.
Please consider donating or sharing this campaign. Every gift that comes from the heart will be deeply cherished, helping us keep Reidon’s spirit alive by inspiring others and bringing light where it’s needed most.
With gratitude,
Sabrina (on behalf of the Ford family)
