Help Our Family Fight for What Matters Most — Our Son Griffin
“Family is not just who you’re born to—it’s who stands beside you when the storm comes. It’s your tribe, your heart, your home.”
We’re reaching out not just as individuals, but as a family—humbled, hopeful, and heartbroken—as we face an incredibly painful and complex custody battle. At the center of this fight is our soon to be 7-year-old son, Griffin—a bright, sensitive, and deeply loved little boy who deserves the safety, stability, and nurturing environment every child needs to grow and thrive.
That’s what we’re fighting for.
We are a working family doing everything we can to stay strong in the face of a legal process that is long, emotionally draining, and financially overwhelming. From the very beginning, our family has solely carried the full financial burden of this case—covering attorney fees, court filings, and all expenses related to the court-appointed Guardian ad Litem (GAL). We’ve stretched every resource to continue advocating for Griffin’s well-being, but the costs have grown beyond what we can manage alone.
Out of respect for Griffin’s privacy—and due to the sensitive nature of the ongoing litigation—we are unable to share specific details of the case publicly. As much as we wish we could explain everything, even well-intended words could be misinterpreted or used unfairly in future proceedings.
That said, we’re always open to sharing more privately with those who know us or who may have walked a similar path. If you’ve experienced the emotional weight and complexity of family court, we welcome your understanding, your guidance, and your support.
We’re asking for help raising $5,000 to continue this legal fight—so that Griffin’s needs, his voice, and his best interests remain at the forefront of every decision. Every donation—no matter the size—will go directly toward ongoing litigation costs and Guardian ad Litem fees.
If you’re able to contribute or share this with others, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your support means hope. It means stability. And for Griffin, it means a chance at the childhood he deserves.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Our Family ❤️
