Donate to Protect Children and Heal a Family of 5 in Need

Please if you know our children, please do not talk to them about this. They do not know about any of this going on. Thank you!!
My family of 5 is reaching out with a heart full of hope and a story that’s incredibly difficult to share. We are in the middle of a legal battle for one of our daughter's safety and well-being. We are just parents advocating for our children's best interest.
For years, I felt the weight of financial misuse. What I once thought was a stable relationship slowly turned into a toxic relationship. My access to money felt restricted. I felt dependent and trapped.
When I finally found the courage to leave, I walked away with my safety, but very little else. I have been working to rebuild my life from the ground up, but it’s been incredibly difficult. This is just another complication from that situation that my family needs to overcome. I can't do it without help, however. We are doing our best to bring home money with working however with my daughter's trauma from the divorce and my own healing journey it's been difficult to have a traditional job as she needs me home before and after school, and with all of our appointments.
These funds will help cover essential needs, including safe housing, legal fees, therapy, and rebuilding credit.
The fees incurred by being brought to court by the coparent over 4 years, 10 frivolous court visits brought on by our daughter's other parent and their family, and unfounded protection from abuse orders, are approaching $50,000. The most recent judge went as far as even suggesting filing a spickler order against them. (For those who don't know, it is an order that would require the person(s) to get permission from the courts in order to file any new cases.) this parent's behavior has gone as far as throwing the child's belongings in front of her and zip-tying a two-way radio watch onto the child’s wrist to listen in on the child's time with us.
No one should have to fight this tirelessly for their children's well-being. Every donation, no matter how small, brings my family one step closer to safety, stability, and healing. If you’re not in a position to give, I completely understand. Sharing this page or offering words of encouragement means the world, too.
I am aware we are all struggling financially lately, which is why it took me so long to ask for help through here. If you have any resources that would help with this, please comment that as well.
Thank you for reading my story and standing with my family. We are extremely grateful to everyone who has been a part of our healing journey! I am extremely grateful for my healthy relationship now and the people in our lives; we just need external help.
