Update: Help Keep This Sweet Girl in Her Forever Home

Hello everyone,

I wanted to share an update as we continue our fundraising efforts to help ensure this sweet little girl can remain in the loving home she’s known since infancy.

For those who may not be familiar with the story: my dear friend and coworker, Melissa, opened her heart and home to one of her daycare children who came from a very difficult situation. Melissa has been raising her as her own since she was just a baby—and now, this beautiful child will be turning two at the end of the year.

Melissa is currently in the process of legally adopting her to provide the stable, permanent home she deserves. As many of you know, the legal process is complex, emotionally taxing, and unfortunately, very expensive. Despite the challenges, Melissa remains unwavering in her commitment to keeping this child safe, loved, and secure.
