For over half a century, the Panola County Historical and Genealogical Association (PCHGA) has worked tirelessly to preserve and share the rich history of Panola County, Texas. From maintaining the 1891 Panola County Jail Museum and Veterans Museum, to curating family archives and helping residents trace their roots, our all-volunteer organization keeps the stories of our community alive for generations to come.
